Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused kendama in its original box, ensuring all extra strings, stickers, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
